1. If the husband and wife reconcile and the divorce has not been filed with the Clerk of Court
2. If the spouse dies and the divorce has not been filed with the Clerk of Court

if you qualify for an online credit card refund, please make this request by phone directly to Chip or Katrina by calling 704-333-8808. You will need to provide your Case ID and the credit card used for your original payment. Refunds will be issued to the same card that was used in the original purchase. A cash refund will not be provided.
